What we collect, and why

• Enquiries. When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, email address and anything else you choose to tell us, such as a phone number, date or party size. We use it only to reply to you and arrange your visit.
• Event news. If you sign up, we keep your email address to send news of menus and events a few times a year. Every email tells you how to unsubscribe, or you can ask us at any time.
• Party pre-orders. If you pre-order for a group booking, we keep your name, your meal choices and any allergy or dietary information you give us, so the kitchen can prepare your meal safely. Your contact details are optional and are used only if we need to ask about your order.

Bookings and gift vouchers

Table bookings are made through our booking provider, and gift vouchers are sold through our voucher provider. When you use either, they handle your details under their own privacy policies, which they show you before you confirm.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 12 months, pre-order details until shortly after the event, and sign-ups until you unsubscribe. We never sell your information or share it with anyone for marketing.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We count visits with privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies or identify you. Your browser remembers when you have closed our announcement pop-up, so you are not shown it again; that note stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, by emailing info@ravellos.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
